About Us
Sportellino is a free project promoted by Associazione Buonsenso, a non-profit association with its registered office in Rome, Tax Code 96657510580.
We are a team of social workers, developers and migration experts working to make information about public services and administrative procedures more accessible for foreigners in Italy.
The chatbot is based on artificial intelligence and was developed in close collaboration with professionals in the field.
Our goal is to provide simple access to reliable information, directly from a smartphone.
The service is available via Browser, WhatsApp, Telegram and iOS/Android app.
Sportellino is a non-profit project and is continuously improved through feedback from users, supporters, and organizations working in the field.
