Access the digital assistant
Choose your preferred channel. This free service offers general guidance for adults residing in the EU.
The webchat does not require a Sportellino account, but it is not anonymous. We process messages, technical and session data; WhatsApp may also involve your phone number and profile data. Conversations are kept for 6 months and are not used to train AI. Do not send unnecessary documents or sensitive data.
Before starting, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. External platforms also apply their own terms. The digital assistant can make mistakes: check requirements and deadlines with the responsible authorities.
Personal support is available only on request at info@sportellino.it. The digital assistant is not a live chat with a staff member and does not submit applications, book appointments or allocate housing or benefits.
