Conceived by social entrepreneur Viktor Seibert, 32, ‘Sportellino’ was developed after years of experience in the field, in close contact with those who are often trapped between incomplete information, closed counters or insufficient staff.
Update, 16 October 2026: The web chat does not require a Sportellino account, but it is not anonymous: messages and the technical data needed to provide the service are processed.
